My grandfather passed away in May of 2025 and he lived about 2 hours away from me, I was administering his Estate and needed to sell his house but I was so far away and didn't know anyone in the area. A friend introduced me to Amanda and she was such a blessing to me. From the beginning, I felt so comfortable talking to her or reaching out if I had any questions. She handled everything from contacting contractors to help with the repairs to hiring landscapers, and even had her mother-in-law clean the house for me! She took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing being so far away. She literally went out of her way to pick up a dehumidifier because there was mold in the basement and have her husband come out to help with a few things that needed fixed around the house. She was always very responsive and available if I needed anything. She was very honest in how we could make some changes to get the best price for the home with a few little repairs, and she even went to the settlement on my behalf. I am not kidding when I say I could not have done this without her, she did all of the work and was so happy to do it.
